92 kindergarten children (4 of them with special needs) are forced to stay in a shelter almost every day. The conditions are inadequate: their “beds” are just pallets, their “floor” is made of old doors with linoleum, and their “walls” are scraps of insulation trying to keep minimal warmth. There is no restroom.
