The kindergarten is attended daily by 129 children, of whom 26 have special educational needs, 12 have disabilities, and 5 come from low-income families. The shelter is large enough for all of them; however, due to the lack of a second evacuation exit, safety regulations allow no more than 50 children to stay inside — the rest are forced to move to another building during alerts.
