Chernihiv

There are 192 children in this kindergarten. It was the first kindergarten that opened its doors for kids in Chernihiv in August 2022 after the liberation of the region, because it wasn’t damaged during the hostilities and had a basement, which could be quickly transformed into a simple shelter for budget money. But the kindergarten shelter didn’t have normal ventilation, which caused significant inconvenience during the stay of children there during air raids lasting more than 30 minutes.

The help needed

  • Install ventilation.
  • Replace old doors — 2 units.
  • Equip toilet cubicles — 4 units.
  • Purchase children’s tables — 10 units.
  • Purchase children’s chairs — 15 units.
